When I received the inspiration to become a body worker, things began to flow immediately. Massage Therapy felt in total alignment with my desire to use my body in my work and to help people feel better. I was in NYC to dance, but felt my heart drawing me closer to something that would impact people in a different way than that. I graduated from the prestigious Swedish Institute in 2000 and felt excited to embark on the journey to support people in having greater health. Twenty four years later, and I am still loving this work. I have learned new techniques that I believe have an even greater impact than just massage, and I'm thrilled to be offering these today, while continually learning more.

Currently, my work consists of Craniosacral therapy for adults, infants and children, massage therapy and Reiki. For Craniosacral, I have taken many courses with the Upledger Institute and Hugh Milne, including Somato Emotional Release and Pediatrics. I was trained in the Holy Fire Usui lineage for Reiki and can provide this service in person or remotely. My massage work has grown in its sensitivity and flow over the years as well.

REIKI and ENERGY WORK
Energy work effects all levels of a person: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. It functions by tackling the core causes as well as symptoms. The body soaks up the healing energy and uses it according to its unique intelligence and priorities in the moment.

When receiving Reiki and other energy work, the body heals more quickly and thoroughly.
MASSAGE
INFANT MASSAGE CLASS
When using massage as part of the healing process, it will be in alignment with what your body is communicating that it needs.
I won't do super deep tissue anymore, because I've found that I can get much deeper with the most gentle and subtle methods of Craniosacral therapy.
Infant massage is beneficial to you, your infant, your family and the community. Learn in 5 sessions a massage routine that you can use with your child as they grow. I can teach you in my office or at another location. I can teach privately or in a group setting. Gather a group together and your individual price reduces.
